The Challenge
Client Goals & Pain Points:
The original kitchen was outdated, visually worn, and lacked functional flow. The cabinetry was falling apart, storage was limited, and the faucet wasn’t even centered under the window—an ongoing frustration for the client. They wanted a complete redesign that would modernize the space, increase functionality, and create a clean, cohesive look throughout.
The Solution
What We Did:
We removed the soffit and installed full-height cabinetry to boost storage and create a modern, streamlined appearance. During demolition, our team discovered hidden plumbing in the soffit, which we successfully rerouted into the ceiling for a clean finish. The kitchen was completely reconfigured to occupy the full back wall, and a large island was added to enhance prep space and storage.
The client, working closely with our designer, chose a refined green-gray cabinet color paired with sleek white appliances. A standalone range hood added to the modern appeal, while open shelving brought warmth and personality to the space. We built the microwave into the island to keep counters clear, and rounded out the renovation with updated ceilings, new flooring, all-new appliances, a new window, and a fresh tile backsplash.
