Our Process

The Steps Toward Your Dream Home

From the moment you reach out to us until long after your project is complete, we guide you through every step of your remodeling journey with clarity and care. Our goal is to make your renovation experience as smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible. Here’s what you can expect when working with us:

Step 1. Fill Out Our Form

Start by filling out our short form with your contact information and a few details about your project. Share as much or as little as you’d like—we’re here to listen. You can fill out our form HERE.

Step 2. Phone Consultation

Once we receive your form, we’ll give you a call to discuss your project, your goals, and your budget. This is a great time to ask questions and explore how we can help you.

Step 3. In-Home Consultation

We’ll schedule a visit to see your space in person, take measurements, and discuss your ideas in greater detail. This helps us understand the full scope of your project.

Step 4. Design & Material Selection

Depending on your project’s needs, we’ll either develop the design in-house or connect you with one of our top-tier design partners.

If done in-house, we’ll provide cabinetry design & layout, 3D renderings, and material suggestions. Then, we’ll invite you to our showroom to make selections.
Design Fee: Typically $100–$400, applied toward your final project cost.

For more customized designs, we’ll introduce you to one of our excellent designer partners. You’re also welcome to bring your own designer if you wish — we’d be happy to collaborate! When needed, we also involve a drafter, an architect, and an engineer.
No surprises—we’ll walk you through all associated costs and sign a pre-construction design agreement.

Step 5. Agreement & Contract Signing

We’ll finalize your budget, timeline, scope of work, and material selections. Once everything looks good, we’ll sign the construction agreement and officially move forward.

Step 6. Project Scheduling

You’ll receive a detailed production timeline outlining start dates, key milestones, and projected completion. We’ll also send a friendly reminder a few days before work begins.

Step 7. Home Protection Setup

Before any work starts, we take extra steps to protect your home. From sealing off work areas to floor and surface protection, we make sure the rest of your home stays clean and safe throughout the project.

Step 8. Pre-Construction Walkthrough

We’ll walk the site together and explain what to expect over the coming weeks. You’ll have a clear understanding of the sequence of work and any key points of coordination.

Step 9. Construction Begins

Our skilled team gets to work—bringing decades of experience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We stay in communication throughout the process to keep you informed and at ease.

Step 10. Thorough Cleanup

Once construction is complete, we bring in our professional cleaning crew to remove dust, materials, and protective coverings.

Step 11. Final Walkthrough & Handover

Before we wrap up, we’ll walk through the finished project with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. We’ll make sure every detail is just right—so you can begin enjoying your beautiful new space with total confidence.
